Our client was divesting from its parent organization and had to achieve enterprise independence while ensuring business continuity. Some of the key challenges are listed below –

- Initial review of the entire IT business application enterprise, disentangle applications and move to a foundational business architecture ready to onboard new business units and strategies

- Complete the separation of the IT services, applications, and infrastructure by the closing date which is a hard deadline as per the TSA (Transition Services Agreement)
